A threatening message found on a bathroom wall has led to an evacuation and early dismissal at Chatham Glenwood High School.
Police were called in to search the premises after that message was discovered. High schoolers who drove to school were allowed to leave for home, while other students were evacuated to the nearby Glenwood Elementary School gymnasium to wait for their parents to pick them up, or for transportation provided by the district.
There was no immediate word on the nature of the threat or how credible it’s believed to be.
