U.S. Senator Dick Durbin isn’t holding back in his opinion of President Trump. Durbin says Illinois farmers will be hurt by Trump’s tariffs against China… which have led the Chinese government to retaliate with higher tariffs on a variety of American products, including Illinois soybeans.
Durbin is also frustrated over the lack of progress in resolving the crisis over the so-called “Dreamers,” young people who were brought into the country illegally by their parents.
Trump in recent days has declared on Twitter that there will be no deal on the DACA program because Democrats won’t make a deal on funding for a border wall.
Durbin says Trump is unreliable and unstable… making it impossible to work with him.
