The state has launched its latest version of the Red Ribbon Cash instant lottery ticket. 100-percent of the proceeds from the game goes to HIV and AIDS research, prevention and education.
Previous versions of the game have raised more than $7 million. Red Ribbon Cash is a $3 ticket with a top prize of $50,000.
