A Democratic state lawmaker and candidate for attorney general has filed a resolution calling for an independent investigation of how House Speaker Mike Madigan handled harassment allegations made against two of Madigan’s political operatives.
Scott Drury has frequently clashed with Madigan over the years.
He is calling on all members of the House to sign on as co-sponsors of the resolution.
