The new GOP tax bill that has now been signed into law ends one of the key provisions of Obamacare… but Congressman Rodney Davis doesn’t think that will harm his constituents.
Studies suggest the end of the individual mandate could force millions of people off of the insurance rolls… including thousands just in Davis’s district.
But Davis says the tax bill will lead to more jobs, helping people get employer-based coverage, which he says is more stable and affordable than the policies on the individual exchanges.
