A new survey finds J.B. Pritzker leading incumbent Bruce Rauner in the race for governor… and Pritzker’s lead grows when you factor in two third-party contenders who are trying to get on the ballot.
The survey of 1200 likely voters by Victory Research puts Pritzker up by 11-percentage points in a two-way race.
But if Libertarian Kash Jackson and Conservative Party candidate Sam McCann are added in, they appear to draw votes away from Rauner… and Pritzker’s lead grows to 15-percent. The poll has a margin of error of plus-or-minus 2.8 percent.
