Safety tips and where to get out of the heat on extremely hot days.

It happens every Summer, the dreaded “Heat Advisory”.  You probably know to drink more water, wear light and loose clothing and don’t over heat. You don’t want to do anything that may cause a heat stroke. I have attached an article below on what to do and what to look for, in the event you or someone you are around this weekend may be over heating. Also, here is a list of local cooling centers:
