Democratic governor candidate J.B. Pritzker is attacking Governor Bruce Rauner for saying he’s “proud” of what’s going on in the White House and Congress.
Pritzker has released a new video that replays that clip of Rauner, interspersed with news stories about various Trump administration controversies… from efforts to repeal Obamacare to Trump’s remarks about white supremacist demonstrations.
The Rauner camp responds by calling Pritzker… quote… “Mike Madigan’s lapdog,” and says the governor supports the administration’s efforts to lower taxes and fix health care, but that Rauner will also criticize Trump when it’s warranted.
