U.S. Senator Dick Durbin is giving a mixed review to the historic summit between President Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un. Durbin says it’s better for the two leaders to be talking instead of hurling insults or threats.

Durbin says now that the press opportunity has passed, it’s time for serious and meaningful discussions toward a firm and verifiable deal.
