Illinois public sector unions continue to wait nervously for the U.S. Supreme Court decision in the Janus v. AFSCME case.
Such opinions traditionally come down on Mondays in June, but the Janus case was not among several decided in the court’s latest round of opinions.
However, the High Court has announced that it will release more opinions on Thursday this week, but did not say whether Janus will be one of them.
