
A former Illinois lawmaker is denying accusations that he made sexually provocative remarks to legislative staffers… and is rejecting calls for his resignation from his new job.
Ken Dunkin was a Democratic representative who fell out of favor with his party after he aligned himself with GOP Governor Bruce Rauner. Rauner recently appointed Dunkin to a salaried position on Chicago’s sewer district board.
Rauner has now called on Dunkin to resign after the allegation that he propositioned two female staffers… but Dunkin calls the accusation “100-percent baseless” and says he’s not resigning.
