One person is dead after a single-vehicle crash just east of Springfield early Tuesday. Four people were in the car when it hit a utility pole shortly before 2am and rolled over in a field at the intersection of Carver and Ridgely Roads.
One person in the car was killed and the other three were injured. That accident remains under investigation.
