A new poll shows Congressman Rodney Davis holding a slim lead over Democratic opponent Betsy Dirksen Londrigan. The Public Policy Polling survey puts Davis at 45-percent and Londrigan at 42-percent.
Davis gets a job approval rating of 40-percent, while 39-percent disapprove. That survey also finds voters in the 13th Congressional District turning against President Trump, evenly split on last year’s GOP tax plan, and concerned about Republican changes to health care. The margin of error in that survey is plus or minus three-and-a-half percent.
