He was a music and fashion icon in the 1980s… and now Boy George is coming to Springfield with his group Culture Club as a State Fair Grandstand headliner. Culture Club will perform on opening night of the Fair, Friday, August 10th .
The opening act will be Tom Bailey, a former member of another popular ‘80s group, the Thompson Twins.
Tickets for all announced Grandstand shows go on sale Saturday, April 14th through Ticketmaster, and at the Emmerson Building on the State Fairgrounds on Monday the 16th .
