Governor Bruce Rauner is a grandfather.
The governor tweeted out that his daughter has given birth to a little girl. It’s the first grandchild for the first-term governor and his wife Diana.
Rauner has been out of public view for a few days but told reporters recently that he would be traveling to the West Coast to spend time with his daughter and son-in-law and the new baby.
