In an effort to inject a little fun back into beer making, a brewing company in Dallas has created a Peeps-flavored beer just before Easter!
Collective Brewing Project has brewed up a concoction called ‘Peep This Collab’ and the beverage is a sour ale made with more than 30 boxes of Peeps along with vanilla and butterfly-pea flower – which according to the mixologists turns the drink a very ‘unnaturally purply-blue’ color.
Brewers also added edible glitter to the mix to “really make it shine.”
