The family of music superstar Prince is considering a wrongful death lawsuit in Illinois over the emergency medical treatment the singer received days before his death in 2016.
Prince was revived on the tarmac of the Moline airport after his plane made an emergency landing there as the star was apparently suffering an overdose.
He received two doses of Narcan… a drug that counters the effects of opioid overdoses.
Just five days later, Prince would be found dead in his Minnesota home with what authorities now say were “exceedingly high” levels of the powerful drug fentanyl.
