Two Illinois congressmen have been reprimanded for violating congressional ethics rules.
Democrat Bobby Rush was cited for accepting the use of office space without paying rent for more than 20 years.
And another Democrat, Luis Gutierrez, was accused of improperly paying a former staffer-turned-consultant out of his government office account. Both men were ordered to repay the disputed amounts out of their own pockets.
