A 22-year-old man is dead in Springfield’s third homicide of 2018. Javonne Harris was shot in the parking lot of the Marathon station on South Grand Avenue East around 4 Friday morning.
He died several hours later in the emergency room at HSHS St. John’s Hospital.
Police are still looking for suspects and have not revealed a possible motive in the shooting.
