A Springfield man is charged with sending pornographic material to underage girls.
Springfield police say 25-year-old Terrez Collins was trying to groom the girls for an illicit relationship. He was taken into custody and is being held in the Sangamon County Jail on $200,000 bond.
Newschannel 20 reports that Collins was at one time a substitute teacher in District 186.
