House Speaker Mike Madigan is acknowledging that he should have done more to address concerns about sexual harassment in his governmental and political operations.
Madigan has sent a memo to Democratic House members establishing new policies for reporting such allegations.
The Speaker has been under fire, accused of dragging his feet after a political consultant accused a Madigan aide of harassment… a year before that aide was ultimately fired.
