Tonight is the deadline to take the Community Health Needs Assessment.
The 10-minute online survey is intended to learn what local residents see as the biggest priorities that should be addressed by Springfield’s hospitals and the Sangamon County Health Department. The results will be used to create an action plan to be unveiled later this year.
The survey will be online until 11:59pm Monday night (2/12). Click here to take the survey.
