Charges have been filed in an ATV crash in Christian County last month that sent three boys to the hospital.
A 13-year-old and two 12-year-olds were all on the ATV on a roadway when the vehicle ran into a ditch and overturned several times.
All three boys were hurt, one of them seriously.
Now 47-year-old Eric Long of Assumption is charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor for allowing the boys to ride on his ATV. The 13-year-old was given a citation for improper operation of an ATV on a roadway.
