The woman who accused a state lawmaker of sexually harassing her says the process is slanted toward the accused… while accusers like her have no rights at all.
Denise Rotheimer says she will push for changes after a legislative inspector general’s report concluded that Senator Ira Silverstein had not engaged in harassment… but found that he should be counseled by an ethics officer.
That report suggested Rotheimer also engaged in appropriate conduct as she sought Silverstein’s help in getting a bill passed.
