Chicago is still in the running. Amazon has trimmed the list of contenders for its new headquarters complex… called HQ2… from more than 200 down to just 20.
Chicago’s proposal made the cut, along with New York, Los Angeles, Indianapolis, Memphis, and others.
The company says the list of finalists is based on criteria like proximity to a major airport and the ability to attract tech talent.
