
A suburban Chicago school district says it will allow an 11-year-old girl to consume medical marijuana at school after the Illinois Attorney General’s Office pledged not to take any legal action.

While state law allows children to use medicinal pot, it is banned on school property. But the AG’s office says it will not seek to enforce that law in this case.
