Springfield’s medical marijuana dispensaries are proceeding with business as usual… despite new uncertainty because of a new federal policy that could target states where any use of pot has been legalized.
Representatives of the Maribis and HCI Alternatives dispensaries both think it’s unlikely that federal prosecutors locally would target them… but they also say they’d like to see congressional action protecting the medical marijuana industry in states that allow it.
