Illinoisans use the state’s road conditions website two million times a year to check on how snow and ice will affect their travel.
And now the state says they’ll have a much better experience when they do.
The website has been upgraded with real-time information from snow plows on the condition of major roadways, and has been made more mobile-friendly.
