
Unemployment is holding steady in Illinois… even though the total number of jobs in the state dipped last month.
State officials say there were 11-hundred fewer non-farm jobs statewide in November, but the jobless rate remained at 4.9%.
Job growth figures have been up and down through 2017, but year-to-date there’s been a net gain of nearly 24,000 jobs statewide, an increase of one-half of one-percent.
