His travels around the world suggest to him that the U.S. has it wrong when it comes to marijuana.
Travel expert Rick Steves testified Tuesday before an Illinois legislative committee that is studying whether to let adults legally possess and use marijuana.
Steves says in Europe… and in the handful of states where pot is legal… drug use and crime rates have not gone up, but tax revenue has. Steves says his position is not pro-marijuana, it’s anti-prohibition.
